I’m So Glad You’re Here

Hi, I’m Brittnea! I started this community as a Facebook group page during COVID-19, never imagining that it would grow into what it is today: a place for women to come for support, accountability, encouragement and building a life they love on purpose, with purpose. Whether you’re wanting to move your body with us, join a personal development club, or get overall health and wellness coaching support, I’m so glad you’re here.

Ways to Work Together

Whether you’re interested in joining a group fitness class, coming to a workshop or committing to 1:1 coaching, I’m here to support you. Each offering is designed to help you love yourself, set goals, live joyfully and focus on becoming your best self.

Group Fitness Classes

Movement is medicine. All ages and fitness levels are welcome at classes. Together we will build strength, find joy in the journey and develop a strong sense of community.

Workshops & Events

From vision boards, to 5Ks, to bloom bars to community service events- these gatherings are where we reflect, reset and grow together. In person and virtual options available.

1:1 Wellness Coaching

Whole-person, deep health, wellness coaching that meets you where you are. Together, we will work through long term habit and lifestyle change to lead you to building a life you love and feel good in, every day.

Whether you’re chasing big dreams, wanting to get your body moving or just need daily reminders to drink more water and eat a vegetable, you’re in the right place. This community of 500+ women is where we check in, cheer each other on and remind ourselves of what really matters. We aren’t meant to do life alone.
